COVID–19 new measures

Anyone with cold symptoms or that has been in contact with ill person with COVID19 we kindly ask to rearrange your appointment to a later date, no charges will apply 

• Attend your appointment on time, if you are early we will ask you to wait in your car allowing us to fully prepare salon before your entry

• Please arrive to your appointment on your own, if this isn't possible for whatever reason please contact us in advance to see how we can resolve the situation in best possible way 

• On arrival you will be asked to wash your hands. Sanitizers will be placed in each room and they have to be used before every treatment 

• Please bring your own face mask, if you don't have one we will provide you with one or for those with breathing difficulties a face shield will be given to protect yourself, staff and others around you

• Staff will be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times too-mask, face shield and gloves

• We will be adding extra 15min to each treatment, that doesn't mean your appointment will be longer, this will give us extra time after your treatment for even more thorough cleaning and sanitisation 

• As always we will provide each client with individual sterilised tools, disposable files and buffers

• Each client will be provided with container for their personal belonging which will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after their treatment 

• We kindly ask to not to use your phones during your appointment
