Appointment Information
To enable us to give the highest level of service to our Clients, please note the following:
Appointments Times
All appointments times include setting up of the room and client changing time, before and after treatment.
Arrival Time
Being on time for your appointment is essential.
Why not arrive 10min early & relax before your treatment.
Clients arriving late, will only receive the balance of their appointment time, but charged full price for the treatments booked.
Cancellation of Appointments
We request 48hrs notice for cancelation or rescheduling, otherwise 50% of appointment -cost will be charged.
Rescheduling on the day is not possible, unless some important circumstances. You would have to pay 50% of the missed appointment plus the new appointment.
Clients ‘’not showing’’ for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Indulge must give you 48hrs notice of cancelation.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled will automatically be deducted from course records.
Deposits
All bookings over 2hrs, we request 50% deposit.
Where 2+ friends are booked in together, we request a 50% deposit.
All New Clients, we request 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
Gift Vouchers
Must be used within 6 months.
Are not redeemable for cash
Must be produced on arrival at the Salon as proof of purchase.
Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Prices
We reserve the right to increase our prices, and discontinue treatments, as required, without notice.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Medical Condition
It is the Client responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatments booked.

Storage and Retention

For example, where you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period necessary for invoicing, tax and warranty purposes. Where we no longer have a need to keep your information, we will delete it.
